A cooperative of 120 women, supplying the regional markets of Jessore with organic vegetables across all three growing seasons. The project funds shared infrastructure: a solar-powered cold room, transport, and a market stall in the district capital.

Members receive seasonal training and a small equipment stipend in their first year.
